Yoga Retreat in Tinos
finding balance & letting go
20-23 June, 2025

We invite you in one of the most breathtaking landscapes of Tinos, where we, Eugenia & Natalia, are organizing a three-day yoga retreat, an experience dedicated to connecting with nature, cultivating inner harmony, and celebrating the Summer Solstice. Through yoga practices, meditation, and breathwork techniques, we will nurture strength and flow within ourselves, just as nature expresses its fullness at the peak of summer.
The retreat will take place at Tinos Ecolodge, a model eco-friendly retreat that fully respects the natural environment. Built with stone and natural materials, using renewable energy, harvests rainwater, and follows sustainable practices to protect the landscape. In this harmonious coexistence with nature, our practices will take place outdoors, overlooking the sea, surrounded by aromatic herbs and the stunning natural world that offers serenity and upliftment.
Accommodation provides comfort and simplicity, creating the ideal space for relaxation and introspection. Meals will be based on pure, local ingredients and vegetables from the Ecolodge’s garden, flavors that nourish both body and soul.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, listen to ourselves, find balance, and release whatever is holding us back. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or taking your first steps in yoga, you will have the space to unwind and explore your inner world.

Eugenia
Eugenia was introduced to yoga in 2009 while studying in Paris, and it has been an integral part of her life ever since. She is a certified yoga teacher from the Sivananda Ashram in New York and has completed additional training in prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, and yin yoga. She is also trained in aerial yoga and children's yoga through Rainbow Yoga.
She practices Thai massage and Craniosacral therapy, two approaches that support physical and emotional balance and release. For Eugenia, yoga is a form of healing that combines physical empowerment with spiritual harmony.
From a young age, she has been involved in music, and sometimes, in her classes, she incorporates mantra singing. Through her approach, she strives to create a safe and supportive space where each individual can connect with themselves, recognizing their needs with love and care.

Natalia
Natalia discovered yoga in 2014 in Amsterdam, seeking balance between daily life and the demanding world of interior design. Her practice evolved into a lifestyle and led her to become a certified yoga teacher through Svaha Yoga.
An eternal student with endless curiosity, she has deepened her understanding of movement through Fighting Monkey seminars and workshops with Shai Faran, Ido Portal, and Almog Loven, exploring the body through Gaga Dance and Contact Improvisation.
This experience is integrated into her yoga and life, creating a practice full of flow and connection that she wishes to share. "I help people as a way to work with myself. And I work with myself as a way to help people" – Ram Dass.
As a winter swimmer, free diver, and Tinos trails lover, she draws inspiration from nature and self-discovery through movement.
